A Little History
Clarke Law Office, PC, was formed initially as David C. Clarke, Attorney at Law in 2010. In 2020 we reformed as a professional services corporation in the state of Washington. We serve clients in western Oregon and Washington. Our areas of practice are varied and often interrelated. We began with an emphasis on family law and bankruptcy. Over the years we have handled a variety of legal matters with competence and efficiency.
We have gained experience with the following specific legal matters:
- Premarital agreements, DIVORCE, custody, parenting time, and child support,
- Protective orders for RESTRAINT and STALKING, petitions and defense,
- Juvenile dependency matters brought by DHS/CPS,
